Eric Riederer is a Business Development Executive with AAFMAA Wealth Management & Trust LLC, where he focuses on building relationships and connecting members of the military community with trusted financial planning resources.

Eric brings more than 20 years of experience serving in the U.S. Army, including roles in Special Operations and recruiting. Throughout his career, he led teams in complex, high-pressure environments and developed a strong foundation in relationship building, strategic communication, and guiding individuals through important life transitions.

In his current role, Eric works closely with servicemembers, Veterans, and their families to facilitate meaningful introductions to the firm’s Relationship Management team. He takes a relationship-first approach, focused on understanding each individual’s goals and connecting them with the right resources to support long-term success.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is a Fellow of The Honor Foundation.

He lives in Pinehurst, North Carolina, with his wife, Mandy, and their two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and staying active with his family.
