With over eight years of experience in the banking industry, Ave brings his knowledge and expertise to his role, particularly in understanding the unique financial challenges and opportunities faced by military personnel and their families. 

His professional journey is deeply enriched by his service in the United States Marine Corps, including deployments to Afghanistan, which has imbued him with the discipline and leadership qualities essential in guiding clients toward financial success.

Residing in Maryland with his wife, Manshi, Ave is a person of diverse interests and passions. He is an enthusiast for staying active, often engaging in running and biking to maintain fitness. His love for travel dovetails with his culinary adventures, especially in cooking traditional dishes from his home country, Bangladesh, bringing a taste of his heritage into his Maryland life. Ave also enjoys exploring the rich cultural and historical tapestry of Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland, immersing himself in the vibrant life this region offers.
