Now, your account information, statements, and reports are available through the Black Diamond Wealth Platform, our enhanced online and mobile portal. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transition.
1. Access the New Portal
Visit https://login.bdreporting.com/Auth/SignIn on your computer or mobile device. You can also download the Black Diamond Wealth Platform app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. We recommend bookmarking the site or saving the app to your home screen for convenient access.
2. Log In Using Your Existing Credentials
- If you already use the Black Diamond portal, no new registration or password updates are needed.
If you have never logged in before or no longer have your credentials, please contact your Relationship Manager for assistance. They can provide your secure login information and help you get started.
3. Enjoy a More Powerful Experience
The new Black Diamond platform offers:
- A customizable dashboard with the information most relevant to you
- Integrated access to statements, performance reports, and documents all in one place
- Enhanced mobile access optimized for phones and tablets
- Improved security through advanced authentication and access controls backed by SS&C, a global financial technology leader
4. Statement and Data Updates
As of January 1, all new monthly and annual statements appear directly in your Black Diamond portal in the updated format.
