AAFMAA Wealth Management & Trust Celebrates 10 Years

It’s official – AAFMAA Wealth Management & Trust LLC (AWM&T) has been providing wealth management solutions to the military community for a full decade.

As we celebrate this milestone, Steve Mannell, AWM&T President and Army Veteran, reflects on our history. He shares, “We were born on October 1, 2012, with a mission to become the premier provider of fiduciary and  wealth management services for the American Armed Forces community, thereby helping to ensure their financial independence and security. Ten years in, we've come a long way.”

AWM&T is based in Fayetteville, NC, near Fort Bragg, but serves clients nationwide. Our expanding team is 30 strong and composed of Veterans, military spouses, and civilians who are passionate about serving military families. AWM&T team members work to serve the financial needs of the American military community by offering financial planning, investment management, and trustee services.

Mannell adds, “We're directly helping to build and protect financial futures for over hundreds of military families. Indirectly, we're supporting thousands more by managing investments that back their AAFMAA life insurance policies. It is a humbling responsibility, one we can be proud of.”
